It is not often that a Woodie comes along with the pizzazz and zing that this beautiful modified 1946 Ford Super Deluxe wagon possesses. The wagon was a former show car and underwent a full frame off restoration some time ago and still shows like new. It features a very unusual paint scheme of Ford Iris metallic paint applied over a near perfect rust free body. The top material is grey Hartz cloth. The new maple exterior wood has many coats of marine spar varnish and sports a few pieces of the original wood saved for authenticity. The interior has just undergone a freshening with new seating done in supple dark grey leather with correct stitching and beautiful dark grey carpeting that finishes off the spectacular interior.
The wagon's options include: Ford small block 302 cubic inch V-8, Ford AOD (automatic overdrive transmission), air conditioning, CD player, VDO accessory gauges, a custom chrome dash with leather wrapped steering wheel, vintage style chrome reversed wheels with baby moon hubcaps, mustang II style front end with rack and pinion power steering, power front disc brakes and a Ford 9" rear end with freeway gears that carry the Woodie safely at any speed.
Driving this modified 1946 Ford Woodie wagon is a dream that needs to be experienced in person, so hurry in to our sunny Southern California show room for a test drive.
