     The top of the line model for Ford Motor Company in 1947 was the Sportsman convertible.  It was quiet expensive and most of the units were sold to Hollywood celebrities and the  country's wealthy.  The Sportsman model was the only Ford model to feature power windows. 

     Woodies USA is pleased to present this beautiful 1947 Ford Sportsman convertible sporting its' original Ford factory installed wooden body that has been finished in multiple coats of honey colored marine spar varnish.. The deep blue paint covers the almost flawless  metal body and shows like new.  The interior is supple saddle colored leather in a tasteful pleated design.  The Sportsman features power top, power windows, signal seeking radio, heater, clock, dual spot lites, dual side mirrors, fog lights and full carpeting.
